The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced revised date for the conduct of Employees’ Provident Fund Organization, EPFO recruitment test, 2020.

The EPFO exam was earlier postponed twice. The test was first scheduled to be held on October 4, 2020 which was deferred to May 9 following the second wave of Covid-19 in the country.

As per an official UPSC announcement, “ The recruitment test for 421 posts of Enforcement Officer-Accounts Officer, EPFO, 2020 will now be held on 05.09.2021.”

The posts are permanent with Pay Scale ( Level-8) in the Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC).

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any subject. Scheme for the Recruitment Test (RT) for the posts of Enforcement Officers/Accounts Officers:

The test will be of two hours duration. All questions will carry equal marks.

The test will be objective type questions with multiple choices of answer. The medium of the test will be both Hindi and English.

There will be penalty for wrong answers. Every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one-third of the marks assigned to that question. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question.

Recruitment Test (RT) and Interview carry weightage in the ratio of 75:25 for the candidates shortlisted based on Recruitment Test (RT) and qualify in the interview.
