The Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of East Coast Railway (ECoR), Khurda Road has invited applications from willing candidates for short-listing their names for appointment of Jansadharan Ticket Booking Sevaks (JTBS). 

The JTBSs will be engaged for issuing computerised unreserved tickets through UTS (Unreserved Ticketing System) which are to be licensed at 67 locations in various cities in the jurisdiction of the Khurda Road Division of East Coast Railway, under various categories at 16 stations. 

Eligibility:

Applicants should not be less than 18 years of age as on the date of application and should be 10th or equivalent passed. However, educational qualification can be relaxed by Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager if there is no applicant otherwise available for any particular category.

On selection, the JTBS applicants will have to deposit one time deposit of Rs 25,000 in form of Banker’s cheque/FDR/demand draft in favour of PFA, East Coast Railway, payable at Bhubaneswar against any dues that may arise during the period of contract. 

On completion/termination of the contract, pending dues will be adjusted from security deposit and balance amount if any shall be refunded to JTBS.

Selection: 

Selection committee for the selection of Jansadharan Ticket Booking Sevak shall comprise a Committee of three Officers as nominated by the Competent Authority.

How to Apply: 

Interested candidates may submit their applications forms duly filled in prescribed format given along with requisite documents to Sr.Divisional Commercial Manager, East Coast Railway, Khurda Road At/Po: Jatni, Dist: Khordha, Odisha,Pin-752050, The applications should reach the office by 11 am on or before February 14, 2022.

If the last day happens to be, or is declared to be, a holiday, applications will be received by the same time on the next working day.
