DRDO-DRDL recruitment: Apply for junior research fellow posts, stipend Rs 31k plus HRA

The Defence Research and Development Laboratory (DRDL) Hyderabad, one of the premier research laboratories of Defence Research and Defence Organisation (DRDO), has invited applications from young and meritorious Indian nationals who dersire to pursue defense related research as Junior Research Fellow (JRF).

As per the advertisement, a walk-in-interview is scheduled to be held on July 5, 2022.

The tenure of the JRF is for a period of two years which may be extendable for further two years subject to internal screening committee recommendations.

1. JRF (Mechanical): 2 vacancies

2. JRF (Electrical & Electronics,Engineering/ Electronics & Communications Engineering): 2 vacancies

Stipend Monthly: The JRF will receive a stipend of Rs 31,000 plus HRA as per DRDO rules.

Medical Benefits: The medical facilities, for self only, available in DRDO will extended through MI room.

Age Limit: The upper age limit is maximum of 28 years as on the closing date of the advertisement. The upper age limit shall be relaxable for the candidates belonging to SC/ST is 5 years and OBC is 3 years.

Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of valid GATE score and percentage of marks obtained in minimum qualifying degree. GATE paper and subject of qualifying degree must be related to the subject/discipline against which the candidate is applying.
