DOT Recruitment 2022: Apply for SDE, JTO vacancies in Odisha

The Department of Telecommunications (DOT) has released a vacancy circular to fill up Sub Divisional Engineer (SDE/AD) and Junior Telecom Officer (JTO) posts in the office of the Sr DDG, Odisha. 

As per the official notice, it has been proposed to fill up the vacant posts on a deputation basis from among the staff working in Central or State Governments or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or recognized research institutions or statutory and autonomous bodies.

Vacancy details:

Sub Divisional Engineer- 6 posts
Junior Telecom Officer- 1 post

Place of posting: Bhubaneswar

Age limit: 

The age of the applicants for both the posts i.e., Sub Divisional Engineer and Junior Telecom Officer shall not exceed 55 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Salary: 

SDE- (Level 8 as per 7th CPC) 
JTO- (Level 7 as per 7th CPC)

Last date:

The last date for submission of application is 11.07.2022. Applications received after the last date or otherwise found incomplete shall not be entertained.

Period and other terms and conditions of deputation: 

The period of deputation shall be for 3 (three) years initially, extendable further up to 5 years or till superannuation whichever is earlier, if required, in the exigencies of public services. The deputation can be terminated at any time prior to completion of deputation tenure as per requirement.
