DIBER- DRDO invites applications from ITI pass out for apprenticeship

The Defence Institute of Bio- Energy Research (DIBER), Haldwani, a premier establishment of Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), has invited applications for the recruitment of Apprentices.

As per the advertisement, apprenticeships are invited for one year in the following trade with ITI pass out with stipend Rs. 6000 per month.

The Apprentices will be engaged for Haldwani and DIBER Field Station, Pithoragarh.

Mechanic Power Electronics (Inverters, UPS and Maintenance of Drives): 1

Mechanic Repair and Maintenance of Electronics Test Equipment: 1

Mechanic Tractor: 1

Electronics Mechanic: 2

Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant): 4

Horticulture Assistant: 3

Florist and Landscaper: 2

Information and Communication Technology System Maintenance: 1

Computer Operator and Programming Assistant: 1

 Electrician: 1

Fitter: 1

Advance Welder: 1

Draughtsman (Mechanical): 1

Painter (General): 1

The application process for Apprenticeship is online. Applicants are advised to visit Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) website -www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.

The candidates, who have completed the qualifying examination as regular candidates, are only eligible to apply. Graduate degree holders who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more after attaining the essential qualifications shall not be eligible for being engaged as an apprentice under the act.
