The Central Silk Board (CSB) has released an official notification for the recruitment of Scientist B in the disciplines of Crop Sciences, Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Natural Resource Management, Agriculture Economics & Agri-business Management, Agricultural Extension, Agricultural Statistics, and Agricultural Engineering & Technology.
Interested candidates can check their eligibility to apply on the official website of CSB, link – www.csb.gov.in. The last date of the application process has been extended to September 19, 2024. However, the payment for the application will remain open till September 20, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates are required to possess a Master’s degree in the stream of Science or Master’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences from a recognised institute or University.
Age Limit: The upper age limit to apply for the above mentioned posts is 35 years.
Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay an amount of Rs 1000. However, candidates belonging to categories of SC/ST/PwBD and females are exempted from paying any fee.
