CLW announces recruitment for PGT and PRT posts, check details

Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW) has issued a notification for Teacher positions. 

Eligible candidates have the opportunity to participate in a walk-in interview.

• PGT(Bengali): 1 post

• PGT(Pol.Sc.): 1 post

• PGT(Hindi): 3 posts

• PGT(History): 2 posts

• PGT(Maths): 1 post

• PGT(Eco): 2 posts

• PGT(Comm): 1 post

• PGT(Physical Education): 2 posts

• PRT/ Computer Education: 3 posts

Educational Qualification

Applicants should possess a Master's degree from a recognized university, achieving a minimum of 50% marks in the relevant subject.

Age Limit

The age of candidate must not surpass 65 years as on Sept 1, 2023.

Selection Process

The selection procedure comprises an interview and medical assessments. Part-time teachers are required to undergo a medical examination (Medical Standard-CEE-TWO, C-2) before finalising the contract to verify their fitness for the assigned responsibilities. If the candidate does not meet the specified medical standards, their candidacy will be invalidated.

Pay Scale

• PGT: Rs 27,500 per month

• PRT: Rs 21,500 per month

Interview Dates and Venue

The interviews for PGT and PRT positions are scheduled to take place on November 22, 23, and 24, 2023, starting at 11 am. The venue for the interviews is the Administrative Meeting Room at GM's Office, CLW/Chittaranjan.
