CISF Recruitment 2023: Apply for Head Constable posts against sports quota

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has issued a notification regarding the recruitment of vacancies for the position of Head Constable against sports quota-2023.

The application process is likely to commence on October 30 and the last date to submit the application form is November 28, 2023.

Educational Qualification

Candidates who successfully completed the 12th grade from a recognised educational institution, with the notable achievement of representing at the State/National/International level in games, sports, or athletics are eligible to apply for posts.

Age Limit

The age of candidat must be between 18 years and 23 years as on August 1, 2023.

Physical Standards

Height

• Male General, SC, and OBC candidates: Minimum height of 167 cms

• Female (UR, SC, EWS, and OBC candidates, excluding those in para No. 6.4.1): Minimum height of 153 cms

Chest

• Male (UR, SC, EWS, and OBC candidates, excluding those in para No. 6.4.1): 81-86 cms (with a minimum expansion of 5 cms)

• No minimum chest measurement requirement for female candidates

Medical Standards

Eye Sight

Visual Acuity unaided (Near Vision)

• Better eye: N6

• Worse eye: N9

Uncorrected visual acuity (Distant Vision)

• Better eye: 6/6

• Worse eye: 6/9

Refraction

• Visual correction, including glasses, is not allowed

Colour Vision

• CP II by ISIHARAThe right eye is the better eye in right-handed individuals, and vice versa

Binocular vision is mandatory

Selection process

The recruitment process consists of two main stages.
