Chandigarh Police announces recruitment for 45 Constable posts, check details

The Chandigarh Police is actively seeking applications for 45 Constable (Executive) positions under the sports quota. 

The application window is currently open, and the deadline for submitting the application form is November 18.

Educational Qualification

The minimum educational qualification required is the successful completion of Matriculation (10th grade or equivalent) from a recognized Board of Secondary Education.

Age Limit

As of October 27, 2023, the age criteria for eligibility are as follows: individuals belonging to the General Category should be between 18 and 30 years old, those in the OBC Category should fall within the age range of 18 to 33 years, and candidates falling under the SC Category should have an age between 18 and 35 years.

Application Fee

The application fee is set at Rs 1000 for individuals in the General category, while OBC and EWS candidates are required to pay Rs 800. SC candidates have a reduced application fee of Rs 500.
