The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the revised result of candidates for the post of senior assistant. As many as seven candidates have been included in the revised list.

"This office has received RTIs/representations from some candidates regarding result declared by the Board, which were forwarded to the recruiting agency (engaged by the Board for providing end to end online recruitment services for recruitment of various categories of posts) for its comments," the CBSE said in a notice.

"The recruiting agency, after thorough scrutiny of the contents of RTIs/Representations, has proposed to conduct skill test in respect of 17 candidates. The skill test of said 17 candidates was conducted on 24.06.2022 and the recruiting agency has now submitted the revised result," the notice added.

The board further said that the result in respect of other candidates published in earlier notice dated 31.05.2021 remains unchanged. 

"The candidate(s) added in the revised result for the post of Senior Assistant have qualified the Skill Test. Since, the Skill Test was mandatory but qualifying in nature, hence, the merit list has been prepared on the basis of prorated scores for the post of Senior Assistant. These candidates are provisionally eligible subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria as stipulated in the respective recruitment rules, terms and conditions of advertisement and correctness of the information and documents furnished/uploaded by them at the time of submission of their online application forms," the board said. 

The board has shared category-wise final revised cut-off marks for the post of Senior Assistant. While the cut off marks for EWS is 178.60, it is 178.60 for OBC, 158.53 for OBC (PH), 178.60 for SC, 166.56 for ST , 196.66 for UR, 166.56 for UR-ESM and 158.53 for UR-PwBD.
