CBHFL Recruitment 2024: Apply for Company Secretary post with attractive emoluments

Cent Bank Home Finance Limited (CBHFL) has released a notification for the recruitment of Company Secretary (CS). 

Those who meet the eligibility criteria can download their applications through the official website of CBHFL at cbhfl.com. 

The deadline for submitting applications for these positions is February 7, 2024.

Educational Qualification

A candidate should hold a commerce degree from a UGC-recognized university through a regular classroom course and be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Possessing additional professional qualifications like ICWA, ACA, MBA (Finance), and LLB will be considered advantageous.

Age Limit

The age of candidate must not surpass 45 years as on crucial date.

Remuneration

The minimum annual salary (CTC) is Rs 12 Lacs, with the possibility of an increase to Rs 50,000 per annum for each year of experience beyond 5 years. 

However, the total CTC should not surpass Rs 15 Lacs per annum. Annual increments will be in accordance with the company's policy.

Selection Process

Selection will be done through interview only by Interview Committee appointed by the Board.

Application Fee

An application fee of Rs 500/- for Unreserved (General) and Rs 200 for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates is non-refundable. The payment can be made through a Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in favor of "Cent Bank Home Finance Limited," payable at Mumbai. Candidates are required to write their full name and the post applied for on the reverse side of the Demand Draft. Alternatively, online payment can be made to "Cent Bank Home Finance Limited" through Central Bank of India, A/c No. 3171118472, IFSC Code CBIN 0283312, payable at Bhopal.
