Educational Qualification
Candidates should have passed graduation in any stream from a government recognised university or institution. However, candidates possessing an L.L.B degree will be given preference.
The candidate must have successfully passed the Government Commercial Certificate Examination or an equivalent examination conducted by a Government Board, or hold a Government Certificate in Computer Typing Basic Course (GCC-TBC). Alternatively, the candidate may have completed an I.T.I. course in English Typing with a minimum typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
Additionally, the candidate must possess a Computer Certificate demonstrating proficiency in operating word processors on both Windows and Linux platforms, in addition to expertise in M.S. Office, M.S. Word, Wordstar-7, and OpenOffice Org.
Age Limit
The minimum age limit to apply for the position of cleck is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 38 years. However, for SC/ST/OBC and other backward class candidates, the maximum age limit is 43 years.
Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs 100 as the intimation fee. Applicants will further be required to pay an amount of Rs 400 towards examination fees, if shortlisted.
Aspirants should note that they are needed to pay the intimation fee through SBI Collect only.
Selection Procedure
Candidates who will be shortlisted would need to undergo a series of tests including screening test, typing test, and viva voce. The screening test will be 90 marks with duration of one hour consisting subjects – Marathi, English, General Knowledge, General Intelligence, Arithmetic, Computer. The duration for the typing test is 10 minutes and carries 20 marks. The Viva Voce will be of 40 marks.
