BIS recruitment: Big opportunity announced for young professionals, check details

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), a statutory body under the administrative control of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, has issued an advertisement for the engagement of young professionals.

As per the advertisement, multiple posts in several department will be filled up under the current drive.

The last date to apply for the posts is July 15, 2022.

Vacancy Details:

1. Standardization Department: 4 posts

2. Research Analysis: 20 posts

3. Management System Certification Department (MSCD): 22 posts

Upper Age Limit: Below 35 years

Remuneration: Rs. 70,000 per month (fixed for two years)

Job Location: Young Professionals shall be posted anywhere in India depending upon the requirement.

Nature of Engagement: The engagement is purely on contract basis and the engagement will be subject to termination at the end of contract period.

Tenure of Engagement: The engagement is purely on contract for a period of two years .

No Other Assignment: The engagement is on full-time basis and Young Professional shall not take any other assignment during the period of engagement in BIS

. “Candidates will be shortlisted in the light of their qualifications, experience and other detailed provided in the application form. Mere fulfillment of qualification or shortlisting shall not confer any right to be engaged as Young Professionals,” the notification read.
