Big Vacancy: Kendriya Vidyalaya is filling up over 6000 primary teacher posts, apply from Dec 5

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Education, has announced the recruitment of primary teachers in Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) through direct Recruitment.

“KVS invites, applications from Indian citizens for filling up the post of Primary Teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan to apply online through the KVS website www.kvsangathan.nic.in. No other means/mode of submission of applications will be accepted,” the Sangathan said in a short notice.  

As per the notice, a total of 6414 vacancies are available including 2599 (UR), 1731 (OBC), 962 (SC), 481 (ST) and 641 (EWS). 
The Sangathan said the recruitment examination will be conducted through Computer Based Test (CBT). If selected, the candidates may be posted anywhere in India on initial posting as per the requirement of the organisation. 

“B.Ed candidates can apply and go through the selection process but their inclusion in the panel based on merit will be subject to the outcome of the SLP in the Hon'ble Supreme Court,” the Sangathan stated.

As per the schedule, online submission of application will commence on KVS website www.kvsangathan.nic.in on 05.12.2022. The last date for online submission of application is 26.12.2022. 

“ The number of vacancies advertised is tentative and may vary. They may decrease or increase. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PH/EWS category will be as Per Govt. of India Rules. Age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PH & Ex-Servicemen category will be given as per Govt of India Rules,” the short notice read.

For detailed information regarding eligibility criteria, age relaxation, fee, pay scales, examination centres, important instructions, scheme and syllabus of examination, mode of selection etc. candidates can visit KVS website www.kv sangathan.nic.in.

The Sangathan further said that fees paid by candidates will be refunded once they appear in the written exam.
