BDL Recruitment 2024: Project Engineer, Project Officer and other vacancies, check eligibility criteria

Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) has published an official notification for recruitment of Project Engineer, Project Officer, Project Diploma Assistant, Project Assistant, Project Trade Assistant posts.

To apply for the position, candidates are required to register by filling out the Online Application Form available in the Careers section of the BDL website, www.bdl-india.in. 

Upon completion of the registration process, candidates should generate the Registration Slip. 

The online registration period commences on January 24, 2024, at 1700 hrs and concludes on February 14, 2024, at 1700 hrs.

Candidates are required to report for the walk-in interview on the specified day.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for Un-Reserved/EWS categories is 28 years as of February 14, 2024. For SC and ST candidates, there is a relaxation of 5 years, for OBC-NCL, a relaxation of 3 years, for PwBD (UR), a relaxation of 5 years, for PwBD (SC/ST), a relaxation of 10 years, and for PwBD (OBC-NCL), a relaxation of 8 years from the maximum age limit.

Educational Qualification

To be eligible to apply, candidates must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline from recognized University or Institute.

Remuneration

Project Engineer(s) & Project Officer(s)

• During 1st Year: Rs 30,000 per month

• 2nd Year (on extension only): Rs 33,000 per month

• 3rd Year (on extension only): Rs 36,000 per month

• 4th Year (on extension only): Rs 39,000 per month

Project Diploma Assistant(s) & Project Assistant(s)

• During 1st Year: Rs 25,000 per month

• 2nd Year (on extension only): Rs 26,500 per month

• 3rd Year (on extension only): Rs 28,000 per month

• 4th Year (on extension only): Rs 29,500 per month

Project Trade Assistant(s) & Project Office Assistant(s)

• During 1st Year: Rs 23,000 per month

• 2nd Year (on extension only): Rs 24,500 per month

• 3rd Year (on extension only): Rs 26,000 per month

• 4th Year (on extension only): Rs 27,500 per month

Venue and Date of Interview

The walk-in selection process for various positions will be conducted according to the following schedule at respective locations. For vacancies at BDL Corporate Office (Gachibowli), BDL Kanchanbagh Unit, BDL Ibrahimpatnam Unit in Hyderabad, Telangana, and BDL Project Office in A.D.E., Bengaluru, Karnataka, the interview for Project Engineers/Officers is scheduled for 17th February 2024 at BDL Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad. On the following day, 18th February 2024, the interview for Project Diploma Assistants, Trade Assistants, Assistants, and Office Assistants will take place at the same venue.

For vacancies at BDL Bhanur Unit in Sangareddy, Telangana, the interview for Project Engineers/Officers is set for 21st February 2024 at BDL Township, Bhanur, Sangareddy. The subsequent day, 22nd February 2024, will witness the interview for Project Diploma Assistants, Trade Assistants, and Assistants at the same location.

In addition, for openings at BDL Visakhapatnam Unit in Andhra Pradesh, the interview for Project Engineers/Officers, Project Diploma Assistants, Trade Assistants, and Assistants is scheduled for 25th February 2024 at BDL Vishakapatnam Unit.
