Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVANI) (AVNL) has released an official recruitment notification inviting job applications from eligible candidates for various positions, including Junior Manager, Junior Assistant, and several other roles.
Interested candidates are invited to apply for these positions offline after downloading the application form. The application process is valid till November 30, 2024.

The candidate should have completed 18 years of age and should not be older than 30 years of age as on November 9, 2024. However, the upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates for posts reserved for them. Additionally, the upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD).
Aspirants will be selected based on their performance in the final examination of their degree in the relevant field, which will carry a weightage of 85 marks. The remaining 15 marks will be allocated for the interview. Candidates must have scored at least 65% marks in their degree, with a relaxation of 10% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 300, which must be paid exclusively through SBI Collect (select PSU -> Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited -> OFMK-Miscellaneous). SC/ST/PWD/Ex-SM/Female applicants are exempt from paying the application fee.
Candidates should send the hard copy of the duly filled application form along with scanned self-attested copies of proof of age, qualification, experience, and other required documents through India Post to the following address:
