Army Public School recruitment: PGT, clerk and other posts on offer; check walk-in-interview details

Army Public School, Gopalpur in Ganjam district of Odisha has released an advertisement for recruitment of post-graduate teacher (PGT), assistant librarian, head clerk, and lower division clerk (LDC) on contractual and ad hoc basis.

PGT- Geography (Adhoc) (Consolidated Salary - Rs 33,825/- PM)- 1 post 
Eligibility: Post Graduation in Geography as well as B Ed. with 50% marks in both. 

Asst Librarian – (Contractual) (Consolidated Salary - Rs 21,420/- PM) - 1 post 

Eligibility: Bachelor in Library Science or Graduate with diploma in Library Science from a recognized institute and computer literate. 

Head Clerk – (Contractual) (Consolidated Salary - Rs 25,200/- PM) - 1 post 
Eligibility: Preferably an Ex-Serviceman of clerk category upto the age of 55 years. 5-10 years experience in Office Management, account handling as Head Clerk with high proficiency in staff duties and drafting experience, Computer Savy – MS Office, Etc.
Educational Qualification – Minimum Graduate in case of civilian, (e) Should not have any disciplinary case against in his entire service. 

LDC - (Contractual) (Consolidated Salary - Rs 16,380/- PM) - 1 post Eligibility: Graduate or ten years of service as a clerk(for Ex- Servicemen).Computer literate. Knowledge of Computer MS Offi ce(Speed 12000 key depression per hour). Basic knowledge of accounting.

"Candidates who are eligible may apply for interview for one post only on prescribed application form uploaded by the school (www.apsgopalpur.in) along with photocopies of all educational qualification/experience certificates self attested by the candidate, 02 x passport size photographs, demand draft of Rs 100/- in favour of APS Gopalpur payable at Canara Bank, Golabandha & 01 x self-addressed envelope duly affixed postage stamp of Rs 42/- latest by 18 Aug 2022 to seek appointment in Army Public School Gopalpur," read the official notice.

Tentative date of interview: August 26 & 27, 2022 at 07.30 am at the school premises. 

Computer Proficiency Test for all candidates will be held before interview. No TA/DA is admissible.
