Allahabad University Recruitment: Apply for faculty positions, check details

The University of Allahabad has announced openings for the positions of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor. 

Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official website of Allahabad University at allduniv.ac.in. 

The application process is currently underway, and the deadline for submitting applications is January 2, 2024.

• Assistant Professor: 336 posts

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in relevant subject from colleges, university or institute recognised by UGC.

Application Fee

For UR, EWS, OBC (Male/Female) candidates, the application fee is Rs 2000, with no additional facilitation charges, making the total amount payable Rs 2000.

For SC/ST (Male/Female) candidates, the application fee is Rs 100, and there are no facilitation charges. Hence, the total amount for SC/ST applicants is Rs 100.

PwD (Divyang) (Male/Female) candidates are exempt from the application fee, but a facilitation charge of Rs 100 is applicable. Therefore, the total amount for PwD applicants is Rs 100.

• Upon clicking, a new page will unfold. Identify and choose the "Teaching Posts" link to proceed

• Another dedicated page will appear. Here, find and click on the "Apply" link to access the application form

• Enter your login details as required and click the "Submit" button to proceed to the application form

• Complete the application form by providing the necessary information and ensure accurate details

• Make the requisite payment for the application fees through the provided payment gateway

• After successful payment, click on the "Submit" button to finalize your application

• To retain a record, download the submitted application page and consider keeping a hard copy for future reference or documentation
