Air India Recruitment: Apply for Passenger Service Agent posts by Feb 3

Air India Airport Services Limited (AIASL) has issued a notification for the recruitment of Passenger Service Agent positions. 

Aviation Training Institutes are required to submit a list of candidates, including their names, ages, qualifications, and contact details, on the institute's letterhead for the purpose of screening. 

The deadline for submitting the candidate list is February 3, 2024, to the in-charge of the HRD Department at AIASL, Eastern Region.

General Conditions

• The engagement is on a purely temporary basis, and trainees will not be eligible for any benefits or perks.

• Trainees are expected to be in service for six days a week, with one paid weekly off. Payment for the weekly off will be made only if the trainee has been present during the previous six days of the week.

• Short-listed candidates meeting the required criteria will be considered for the role of Trainee Passenger Service Agent.

• Upon the conclusion of the specified training period, the candidate in question will not be entitled to claim any monetary benefits or compensation from the Company, except for what is applicable and received by the Passenger Service Agent during the on-the-job training period.

• Trainees will be issued a Certificate of Completion in Passenger Service by AIASL only if their performance, appraisal, rating, and attendance are deemed satisfactory.

Stipend 

The selected candidates will be paid Rs 12,000 as stipend.
