AIIMS recruitment 2022: Fresh vacancies announced, check and apply now

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Madurai has invited online applications from eligible Indian nationals for filling up 94 faculty posts on regular basis.

The application submission process commenced on June 11 and the last date to apply for the positions is July 18.

Educational Qualification:

Interested candidates need to have a Medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act.) MD, MS equivalent from a recognised board/ University/ Institution.

Age relaxation:

The upper age limit is relaxable as per rules of the government of India. 

• OBC – 3 years
• SC/ST – 5 years
• PwBD – 10 years
• Government servant – As per DoPT guidelines
• Ex-serviceman – As per DoPT guidelines

The persons belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD must submit the certificate in the requisite proforma duly issued by the authority concerned (if applicable).

Application Fee:

The application fee is Rs 1,500 for UR/OBC/EWSs. For SC/ST, it is Rs 1,200. The application fee is exempted for PwBD candidates. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

How to apply:

The candidates are required to apply online. The online application should be supported by uploading the scan copy of all original educational and experience certificates or else the application will not be considered.

A printout of the online application form with all educational qualifications, experience and other testimonials as required to support the candidature of the applicant must reach the Institute on or before July 25.
