Educational Qualification
Applicants seeking to apply for the position must hold either a three-year Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc) with Physics and Mathematics or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in any field. It is essential that Physics and Mathematics are included as subjects in at least one of the semester curricula.
Age Limit
The age of candidates should be below 27 years as on November 30, 2023.
Selection Process
The selection process includes an initial objective-type online examination, which will be followed by further stages such as Application Verification, Voice Test, Psychoactive Substances Test, Psychological Assessment Test, Medical Test, Background Verification, or any other examination determined by the competent authority at various stages during the recruitment process, as applicable for the specific post.
Application Fee
Candidates are required to submit an application fee of Rs 1,000 strictly through online mode. Payments made through any other method will not be considered.
However, candidates falling under categories such as SC/ST/PWD, Apprentices who have completed one year of Apprenticeship Training in AAI, and female candidates are exempt from paying the application fee.
Pay Scale
The pay scale for the Junior Executive [Group-B: E-1 level] is Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,40,000 with additional benefits, including Dearness Allowance, Perks at 35% of Basic pay, HRA, and other entitlements such as CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, and Medical benefits as per AAI Rules. This results in an approximate annual CTC of Rs 13 lakhs for the Junior Executive position.
