Donald Trump held in contempt of court, fined $10K per day

A New York Judge on Monday has found former US President Donald Trump in contempt of court and fined him $10, 000 a day.

As reported, Trump failed to comply with a subpoena to turn over documents to Attorney General Letitia Jame as part of her investigation into the business dealings of the Trump Organisation. 

As the investigation is civil proceeding, Trump was fined with $10, 000 per day for every day he doesn't comply.
