The Kapil Sharma Show keeps on inviting guests and celebrities on its platform to entertain the audience. Mostly the intention is to promote a movie, a cause, or a television serial. More often the jibes and jokes are meant to trigger laughter but are not too personal. However, things seemed a bit different when Kangana Ranaut made an appearance on the show.
She lashed out at Karan Johar in such a way that it stunned even the ever-so-laughing Archana Puran Singh.

Kangana is bold and never minces words to say what is in her mind. She never tried to hide what she thinks of Karan Johar. But no one expected her to be so outright on the stage of The Kapil Sharma Show about the boss of Dharma Productions. As is the norm, Kapil Sharma started playing a question and answer session wherein the guests are expected to give some funny replies.
Kapil asked Kangana to name a personality from Bollywood who can be good as Information and Broadcasting Minister. Kangana replied, "I think Karan Johar hi honge! Unhone khud bataya huwa hai ki unko dusron ki zindagi mein bahot ruch hai. Itni ruchi hai ke matlab woh hafte mein agar woh 10-20 logon ki panchayat bithake puri nichode na le ki kiski zindagi mein kya ho raha hai toh unko chaiin nahi aata hai. Unhone khud bataya huwa hai ki unko achcha lagta hai ki chugli baazi karna, gossip karna."
Kangana even says that Karan produced Koffee with Karan to fulfill his agenda of gossiping. The Queen actress says, "Uske liye unhone ek show bhi banaya huwa hai jisme woh openly chuglibaazi karte hai. "

Archana Puran Singh is the judge on The Kapil Sharma Show. Usually, she cannot stop laughing at such comments. But when Kangana started talking about Karan Johar in a negative way the Jalwa actress looked stunned. And there is a reason for it. Archana Puran Singh and Karan's association goes a long way. Incidentally, she was a part of Karan's debut movie as director Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. She played the popular character Ms. Briganza in the movie.
Since Archana is a regular part of The Kapil Sharma Show she could not stop Kangana. But neither did she laugh at her comment. Rather Archana Puran Singh looked uncomfortable and dismayed.
