1. Hydration: In the morning, drink 2 full glasses of lukewarm water. For greater absorption, add a pinch of pink or rock salt. Instead of tea and coffee, consume salted, peppered, healthy soups. And drink 2-3 litres of water every day.
 

2. Unfollow diets: No food is bad if consumed with balanced nutrients in a particular quantity at the right time. Do not adhere to fad diets, as they result in frequent mood changes, weakness, and nutritional inadequacies. It is preferable to include fibre, protein, and other necessary elements on your plate.
 
3. Stay stress-free: The theme of 2023 must be avoiding stress. Stress can make you eat in excess without paying attention to calorie intake. You might skip meals and overeat later. Your physical and emotional health benefits by avoiding pressures that make it difficult for you to relax.
 
4. Yoga, pranayama, and exercise: Regular yoga, pranayama, and exercise improve one's ability to remain focused, better control their thoughts, and consequently their mood. Additionally, they also support effective chronic disease management.
 
5. Avoid screens: While working, one is attached to their displays all the time, and they depend on technology for leisure and fun. Spending time with your loved ones without using any technology should be the main focus of the New Year, 2023. This will clear your thoughts of clutter while also assisting in the improvement of your relationships.
 
6. Create a new hobby: Individuals in today's culture no longer have hobbies. They either finish a task or are always glued to their phones. Let's make a goal for 2023 to continue engaging in a pastime that you have always enjoyed, like drawing, writing, or cooking, or create a new hobby, such as gardening, designing, or fashion.
 
7. Lock the clock: time management is extremely important; it includes doing things on time, ensuring punctuality, meeting deadlines, lowering stress, and strengthening reputation. Eating, sleeping, and waking up at a fixed time foster good health.
