The stage is all set for Bali Yatra, the largest open-air fair organised to commemorate the rich maritime past of Odisha, which will get off to a colourful start on the occasion of Kartik Purnima along the banks of the Mahanadi river in Cuttack today.
As the mega event is organised after a gap of two years, a number of measures have been undertaken by the district administration and Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC), Commissionerate Police and other stake holders to make Bali Yatra a grand success.
