IAF Suryakiran air show in Bhubaneswar, Puri on September 16, 18

The Surya Kiran aerobatics team of the Indian Air Force is set to perform air shows in Bhubaneswar and Puri.

The Director of Biju Patnaik International Bhubaneswar informed about the development on Saturday.

According to official sources, the IAF will exhibit the air show over the river bed of Kuakhai in Bhubaneswar on September 16. The air show will also be conducted over Raj Bhavan in Puri on September 18.

The IAF had earlier performed such air show in Cuttack.

The Suryakiran Aerobic Team took to Twitter to share its display calendar for the season 2022-23 cycle 1.

Apart from Odisha, the IAF will also display air shows in Guwahati on September 26 and 27 in Chandigarh on October 8 and at Bareilly on October 14

Formed in 1996, Surya Kiran is an aerobatics demonstration team and a part of the 52nd Squadron of the IAF. It performs numerous demonstrations, at present with Hawk Mk-132 aircraft.
