The 11th session of Ideate-2022 was held by Bansidhar and Ila Panda Foundation (BIPF) in Bhubaneswar in association with industry body, FICCI and Aditya Birla CSR Centre for Excellence on Wednesday.

The plenary session, which was joined by many industry bigwigs and education reformers including the Director of SRF Foundation, discussed the topic, “Paradigm Shift In Education Landscape – Blended Pedagogy.” The CEO of Pratham Education Foundation, Rukmini Bannerjee took the Chief Guest’s chair.

The session was moderated by the CEO and trustee of BIPF, Shaifalika Panda.

Speaking to the reporters on the sidelines of the meeting, Shaifalika Panda said, “Ideate 2022 is all about the Education Landscape of India. We discussed the National Education Policy (NEP) which was implemented recently, particularly the special focus areas of ‘blended pedagogy, integrated curriculum and technology infusion.”

“We are in a situation where we want to improve our education system and at the same time want to reach the last child in the village. We discussed possible ways to use both technology and teacher training to accomplish that,” she added.

Similarly, the Senior Director of FICCI, Jama Seth said, “I am happy that we are here and together with BIPF discussing ways to better the education policy. Not only in private schools, but what the National Education Policy means for rural and government schools, was also discussed today.”

Bansidhar & Ila Panda Foundation was established in 2011 as the social development arm of Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys Limited (IMFA).
