Yash and Prashant Neel’s KGF 2 is on a rampage as expected and has captured the fantasy of the audience worldwide. The movie is breaking one record after the other. However, neither Neel nor Yash is surprised at this feat because they knew the potential of this franchise right from the start. During a recent interview, the Kannada superstar who now has become a pan India heartthrob revealed that KGF was not planned as a franchise at the initial stage.
However, during the making of this movie, both Yash and Prashanth Neel realised that the story has the potential to be extended into more than one movie because some of the important scenes would have been compromised otherwise. And that is how the KGF franchise was born. Yash also revealed that they were not sure about the sequel and all depended on the success of the first move. But, the first flick became a big hit and it helped them produce KGF 2.
Now, the superstar has hinted that there is also a possibility of KGF 3 which was earlier ruled out by the director of the franchise himself. Talking about the MCU style hints at the end of the sequel, Yash said that they already have thought of several scenes that can be included in the next installment of the franchise if it is made.
According to Yash, there are a lot of things that they could not do in the sequel and hence, there are a lot of possibilities and kick-ass scenes that can be done. But the superstar said that for now, they want to leave it for some time.
Yash also said that he knew right from his childhood that he will become a hero because he always got a lot of attention whenever he participated in cultural activities, when young. So, in a way, he was addicted to all that attention.
