Yash in Brahmastra 2 as Dev! Here’s the truth

Hindi movie Brahmastra: Part One- Shiva emerged as one of the most successful movies of the year and now the Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer movie is all set for OTT release. Meanwhile, anticipation among fans for ‘Brahmastra: Part Two- Dev’ updates is skyrocketing with each passing day. 

While several speculations have surfaced regarding Dev’s character, a fresh report claimed that the makers of Brahmastra are in talks with KGF fame Yash. However, filmmaker Karan Johar has finally cleared the air. 

Movie lovers are quite eager to learn more about the sequel after Brahmastra: Part One’s conclusion. Above all, fans are highly anticipating updates from the makers about Dev’s character. Though several names popped up for Dev’s character including Ranveer Singh and Hrithik Roshan, none of the reports seemed to be authentic. Certainly, fans considered these two B Town actors as perfect for Dev. Following that many started speculating that Rocking Star Yash will portray the character of antagonist Dev. 

Yash grabbed the eyeballs of movie lovers across the globe with his stellar performance in the KGF series. After the rumours of Yash being a part of Brahmastra Part Two stormed the internet, producer Karan finally broke his silence.

During an interview with ETimes, Karan refuted the rumours and said, “This is all rubbish. We haven’t approached anyone.” 

Well, this revelation certainly came as bad news for all who were anticipating Yash as Dev in the second installment of the Brahmastra trilogy. 

All need to wait for an official confirmation from the makers regarding Dev and the actor who will portray the superhero character.

On other hand, fans are also eagerly eyeing the updates of KGF: Chapter 3, the third installment of the KGF Franchise, directed by Prashanth Neel.
