  • Dot, the third girl apart from Khushi and Suhana from The Archies has sparked curiosity.
  • She is the daughter of late rock musician Amit Saigal and has also sung a few songs in the movie.

The first promo of The Archies movie directed by Zoya Akhtar was released last week and received a good response. While celebrities like SRK, Gauri Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and Big B wished best luck to the kids debuting with this Netflix movie, many social media users slammed it as the epitome of nepotism.

Khushi Kapoor, Agastya Nanda, and Suhana Khan are all set to make their acting debut with The Archies. Apart from these three-star kids, four other young actors will be seen alongside the star kids in The Archies.

While Mihir Ahuja, Vedang Raina, and Yuvraj Menda are the three boys who will be seen in this Reema Kagtai written story, a girl with a weird name Dot is also a part of this group of youngsters.

And, like the star kids, she has also attracted a lot of attention as from her short name it is quite difficult to comprehend whether she is connected to anyone in the film world or is completely new to the glamour industry.

The lack of information about Dot has raised curiosity about her. The full name of this young actress is Aditi Dot. She uses her surname to represent herself and is the daughter of Amit Seigal, the well-known Indian rock musician who was the man behind starting the Rock Street Journal. Popular as Papa Rock, Amit Seigal promoted rock music in India. He drowned to death in 2012 at the young age of 46 years.

Aditi is taking the legacy of music of her father further and has also sung a few numbers in The Archies which is going to be a music-action drama.

Aditi has already tasted fame with the release of her song Khamotion last year. She became hugely popular among techno listeners with her original composition “Everybody Dances to Techno” which started streaming in 2017.

Her latest release “Wasted On You” has already gained her a good following among techno listeners. She was also part of a Valentine’s Day video released by Netflix a couple of years ago.
