Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif were in a relationship for a very long time. Eventually, the two parted ways after Kats fell in love with Ranbir Kapoor during the shooting of Rajkumar Santoshi's movie-Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani. During one of his interviews, Salman Khan openly discussed his feelings related to Ranbir getting closer to Katrina Kaif and also about their viral beach photos that were a lot discussed during that time.

When few years ago Salman Khan appeared on Rajat Sharma’s Aap Ki Adalat he answered a few questions related to how after Katrina and Ranbir Kapoor came closer, the Bollywood superstar stopped interacting with the Saawariya actor. Denying these allegations, Bhaijan said, “Muzhe aisa lag raha tha ki aisa toh nahi hai ki actually woh Katrina Kaif ke hi dost banna chah rahe the aur mere karib aa rahe the. Aisa bhi ho sakta hain haan? Aur agar aisa huwa hai toh bahot galat baat hai yaar.”

He also said that Katrina Kaif still says thank you to him and will continue to say thank you to him in the future. However, when asked about his Tiger Zinda Hai co-star’s beach photos with Ranbir Kapoor, Salman Khan got a bit serious. The Dabangg actor said, “Woh unhi se poochna padega sir. Woh unka jati mamla hai. Muzhe lagta hai ki woh publicity stunt hai or woh morphed tasveere hai. Kyunki muzhe nahi lagta ki… woh Ranbir toh honge hi par muzhe woh Katrina nahi lagti. Face hoga, body kisi aur ki hogi, morphed tasveer.”

Salman added, “Par sochiye sir ki koi chutti pe gaya personal aur kisi ne kheechke woh tasveer dal di. How disgusting. Yeh hamari maa behanon ke saath bhi ho sakta hai.”

A few weeks ago Ek Tha Tiger director Kabir Khan had also opened up about how Katrina and Salman had broken up and hence were very much uncomfortable during the shooting of the movie.
