'Casting Couch' has been an ugly secret of Bollywood and several actors have had faced such a scenario. However, actors buried the ugly side and their experiences on the casting couch. Lately, several actors like Ranveer Singh, Swara Bhasker and Richa Chadha opened up about it. 

Revealing her casting couch experience during an interview with Bollywood Life in 2016, Radhika said, “I think once an actor in the south called me on my room phone and tried to get flirtatious and I just was so rude to him. I think he fought with me later on. But anyway, I haven’t ever got a request saying that you have to sleep with us.”

Further, she went on to add, “Oh, once I got a call and they said ‘they’re doing this film in Bollywood and I want you to have a meeting with them. But would you be okay sleeping with that person?’ And I laughed! I said you’re so funny, you’re very funny and I said no I’m not. Ask him to go to hell.”

Radhika is often referred to as the ‘Poster Child of OTT’. Though she made her debut in Vaah! Life Ho Toh Asi! In 2005 also featuring Shahid Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Amrita Rao, she went unnoticed. However, throughout these years she has proven her talent multiple times with her flawless acting.
