When Deepika Padukone tried to belittle Katrina Kaif; got a solid clap back from Farah, Imran Khan Watch

Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif's catfights were quite well known, and it was quite obvious that Deeps more often tried to shade Kats. The reason was obviously that Ranbir Kapoor, who earlier dated Deepika Padukone, left her for Katrina, and it took a long time for the Bajirao Mastani actress to come to terms with it.

Eventually, Katrina also broke up with Ranbir Kapoor and now both are happy with their respective spouses. Recently when Deepika was dropped from Spirit by Sandeep Reddy Vanga her active PR started demeaning Vanga and Triptii Dimri who replaced her in Spirit. And now a flood of posts that showcase how over the years Deepika Padukone had tried to belittle her contemporaries started re-surfacing on the web.

One such video clip that now has gone viral is from the times when the Pathaan actress asked Katrina Kaif to show her passport on Koffee with Karan Show.

Farah Khan and Imran Khan's reply put Deepika Padukone in place

On Karan Johar’s talk show years ago Deeps while replying to a question had said that the one thing she would like to do is see the passport of Katrina Kaif. Now that was a weird request considering Deeps is not an authority on international travel. Many Bollywood fans at that time said that Deepika wanted everyone to know the real age of Kats as she believed that the then-girlfriend of Ranbir Kapoor was lying about her age.

It should be noted that those were the times when Deepika was badly hurt because Ranbir Kapoor had moved on with Kats. When in another interview Katrina was asked to reply to this request she said that she did not have any problem with the Jawan actress checking her passport. However, Farah Khan who was standing beside her said, “Logon ki passport photo bahot kharab hoti hai. Lekin Katrina ki passport photo bhi bahot beautiful hai.”

When Deepika Padukone was told during an interview at an event that Katrina was ready to show her passport, Imran Khan who was standing beside her asked, “Aap koi government authority hai?” thereby questioning her right to make such a weird request.
