Divorce rumours of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan or the couple living separately have been going around for the last almost one year now. Despite all the speculations that sparked after Ash came alone with Aaradhya at the Ambani wedding there have been no news from the couple confirming the split or divorce. While Abhishek posed with his family at the Ambani wedding the former Miss World posed with her daughter as well as alone for the paps.

Interestingly, both Abhishek and Ash were spotted together all through the wedding ceremony which somehow gave a big jerk to these speculations about their divorce. Amid all this gossip, recently a video clip of the Indian beauty queen from the Simi Garewal's show surfaced online in which Aishwarya Rai Bachchan can be seen discussing her priorities in a relationship.

The video clip is from the time when the actress was not married to Abhishek. When asked, “Is chemistry important in a relationship or loyalty?” the Guru actress without any hesitation said, “Compatibility. Just an honest, true friendship which runs very very deep and I think that’s extremely extremely important apart from of course you want love, you want a sense of humour and everything else. But strongest you say I will say compatibility and very deep friendship.”

When Simi asked, “Tell me Ash do you believe love can last forever?” Aishwarya pondered for a few seconds and replied, “I would like to believe that.” So for someone who believes that love can last forever and the basis of any relationship is deep friendship, it seems difficult that she and Abhishek will part ways.
