War 2: Kiara Advani daughter of Colonel Luthra? Kiss with Hrithik Roshan sparks debate

Yash Raj Films (YRF) amplified the excitement among cinephiles after dropping the high-octane action-packed trailer of War 2. While fans already got glimpses of War 2 and the intense fight between Agent Vikram (Jr NTR) and Major Kabir (Hrithik Roshan), the trailer expands Kiara Advani's character Kavya Luthra.

While fans have come up with various theories about the movie, particularly Kavya Luthra, the trailer has sparked the debate around the age gap between Hrithik and Kiara.

War 2 Trailer

The War 2 trailer dropped on Friday, heightening the excitement among fans. Apart from the intense tussle between Agent Vikram and Major Kabir, fans got a sneak peek into Hrithik locking horns with Ashutosh Rana and Kiara Advani. 

Well, eagle-eyed fans have found a connection between Rana and Kiara's characters. Moreover, a few believe that Kiara will eliminate Major Kabir, who has gone rogue.

As the trailer reveals, Major Kabir vows to hide his name, identity, family and become an unknown, unidentified 'shadow'. On the other hand, Agent Vikram takes an oath to do everything that no one else can do and fight the battle that no one else dares to. Further, the trailer establishes the romantic relationship between Hrithik and Kiara. However, Major Kabir's voiceover in the background is heard announcing his readiness to walk away from everyone he has ever loved.

Kiara Plays Col Luthra's Daughter!

But the major highlight of the trailer is Kiara fiercely kicking Hrithik. The trailer continues with a series of high-octane chase sequences, explosive action, and a fiery face-off between Hrithik and Jr NTR as well as Kiara. This proves Kiara is not just a bystander but plays a key role.

A user shared a still of Kiara from the trailer that shows the name on her batch reading, 'Kavya Luthra'.

Moreover, apart from the clash between Kabir and Kavya, the trailer also shows Col Luhra (Ashutosh Rana) spitting on Kabir, which sheds more light on why Kavya locks horns with Kabir.

Hrithik and Kiara's Kiss Sparks Age Gap Debate

Meanwhile, another user shared a screenshot of Hrithik and Kiara kissing in the movie and wondered why their age gap wasn't discussed.

While Hrithik is 51, Kiara is 33. The age gap between the duo is 18 years. Though such a huge age gap between the lead actors has earlier irked fans, cinephiles seem to be least concerned when it comes to War 2. Though some have commented about the age gap, many defended the actors.
