Impossible is nothing, especially when you are determined to fight all odds to achieve what you want. Whether it was Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Nikola Tesla or legendary Walt Disney who changed the entire dimension of animated cinema like never before.

Born in Chicago’s Hermosa neighbourhood on 5th December 1901, Walt Elias Disney was the fourth child of Elias Disney. Since his budding years, Walt was fond of drawing, and soon his potential was discovered by his family. After that, there was no looking back.

Walt not only went on to become one the most famous cartoonists world ever had but his interest in motion picture and animation gave him real-life recognition.

Here are the three selected iconic animated cartoons by Walt’s production house:

1. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937): The eight times Oscar-winning animated movie by Walt skyrocketed his fame worldwide. The story is based on a beautiful princess who is envied by her stepmother (queen) and is safeguarded by seven dwarf miners while in exile.

2. The Lion King (1994): Simba which has emerged as the most common name for pet dogs worldwide gained fame after being used for the very first time in the animated for the protagonist. The story revolves around a lion cub emerging as the king of the jungle despite multiple shady plots to kill him as an infant by a villainous uncle named Scar.

This was the highest-grossing movie of all time in the year 1994 earning a worldwide collection of $763 million in the year.

3. Finding Nemo (2003): This computer-animated movie was a collaboration between Walt Disney Production and Pixar Animation Studios (formerly owned by Apple’s Steve Jobs). The storyline is based on a lost clown fish, and the struggle of its father to find him fighting all odds and dangers.

It was the highest-grossing animated movie at the time of its release and the second-highest-grossing movie of the year 2003.

Apart from the above-mentioned movies, Disney produced some of the greatest movies of all time which include Ice Age, Cruella, Cinderella, Moana, Tarzan, Coco, Sleeping Beauty and others.
