Ending all buzz and speculations surrounding their pregnancy and baby delivery, Indian cricket ace Virat Kohli and actress Anushka Sharma announced about welcoming a baby boy. On 20th February, Virat finally announced welcoming their baby on 15th February.
Virat took to social media to make the announcement. His post read: With abundant happiness and our hearts full of love, we are pleased to inform everyone that on 15th February, we welcomed our baby boy Akaay & Vamika's little brother into this world. (sic)
Further, the post read: We seek your blessings and good wishes in this beautiful time in our lives. We request you to kindly respect our privacy at this time. Love & Gratitude Virat & Anushka. (sic)

Following the announcement, fans and well-wishers flooded the comments section of the post with congratulatory messages.
Recently, reports were abuzz about the star cricketer and Bollywood actress expecting a baby. While AB de Villiers disclosed about the pregnancy, he later admitted to making the announcement mistakenly.
Later, industrialist Harsh Goenka also caused a stir on social media with his cryptic Tweet suggesting that cricketer Virat Kohli and actress Anushka Sharma are expecting their second child soon. However, he didn't mention Virat or Anushka's name and hinted that the baby will be born in London.
The industrialist wrote on X, "A new baby is to be born in the next few days! Hope the baby takes India to great heights like the greatest cricketing father. Or will it follow the mother and be a film star? #MadeInIndia #ToBeBornInLondon."
