Vijay Sethupathi signed Jawan to take revenge on Shah Rukh Khan!

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan is one of the most awaited moves of 2023. After the stupendous success of 2023’s biggest hit Pathaan, SRK is ready to set the big screen on fire with Jawan on September 7.

While the trailer of the movie will be released on September 1, SRK on August 30, attended Jawan’s audio launch event in Chennai. The film’s star cast Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, director Atlee and music director-singer Anirudh also graced the events.

The actors shared several anecdotes and tales of their experiences while working with Shah Rukh Khan in Jawan.

However, a particular statement by Super Deluxe actor Vijay Sethupathi about taking revenge on Shah Rukh Khan is going viral.

Sethupathi, who is going to play the main antagonist in Jawan, revealed how he always wanted to take revenge on Shah Rukh Khan and it was finally fulfilled.

Revealing the reason, Vijay recalled an incident from his school days when he had a huge crush on a girl. However, the girl, on the other hand, had a huge crush on Shah Rukh Khan. Vijay then jokingly said that he has finally taken his revenge by working as antagonist in Jawan.

Known for his humorous and funny one-liners, Shah Rukh Khan heaped praises on Vijay Sethupathi and revealed how much he has learnt from him.

“More than stardom, it is the learning like this that make my journey complete and exciting,” SRK said.

Directed by Atlee and produced by SRK and Gauri Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment, Jawan will release on September 7, and is expected to be the biggest hit of 2023.
