Speaking in both Telugu and English, Vijay said, "The solution to what is happening in Kashmir is to educate them (terrorists) so that they don't get brainwashed. What will they achieve? Kashmir belongs to India, and Kashmiris are ours." He recalled his positive experiences while shooting for Kushi in Kashmir two years ago, highlighting the warmth and hospitality of the local people.

Strong Criticism of Pakistan

Vijay Deverakonda did not hold back in criticizing Pakistan, questioning the country's ability to manage its own affairs. "Pakistan can’t even look after their own people, who don’t have proper electricity and water. What do they want to do here?" he remarked.

Vijay pointed out that India, being a far stronger nation, has no need to engage in a conflict with Pakistan. Instead, he suggested, "Pakistanis themselves are fed up with their government and might soon revolt against them." He urged Indians to remain united, stressing that "education is the key" and that happiness at home would lead to national progress.

Vijay Deverakonda's Message of Unity

Despite his sharp words against Pakistan, Vijay’s underlying message was one of hope and unity. "We should stand united as people and love each other. We always need to move forward as people," he asserted. His passionate speech was met with applause and has since gone viral on social media platforms, drawing widespread reactions from fans and political commentators alike.

Praise for Suriya and Excitement for Retro

While Vijay’s remarks on the political situation stole headlines, he also took time to shower praise on actor Suriya, calling him an inspiration. "Whenever Suriya anna does these dark roles, I love him. I was so impressed by the trailer, and Suriya is like a brother," Vijay said. He also complimented Pooja Hegde, calling her "super cute" in the film.

Directed by Karthik Subbaraj, Retro is set to release worldwide on May 1, 2025, clashing with Nani’s HIT 3. With strong buzz surrounding both films, the summer box office is expected to witness a major showdown.
