Michael Gerard Tyson or Mike Tyson is known for his ferocious as well as intimidating boxing style. Tyson is also infamous for his controversial behaviour inside and outside the ring. However, with a knockout-to-win per cent of 88%, Tyson was ranked 16th on The Ring magazine's list of 100 greatest punchers of all time.
As announced earlier, the story of Liger will revolve around the life of an MMA fighter. As featured in his first look, Vijay has undergone a huge transformation to fit into his character of a fighter. Apart from that, he also grew beard and long hair to portray the look which is generally sported by fighters. As per the buzz, Vijay will be playing the character of Liger who has a speech disability. However, there is no confirmation about the same.
The inclusion of Tyson in the movie will certainly add the much-needed spice. And fans will certainly get enthralled to watch Vijay locking horns with Tyson. As confirmed earlier by the makers, Liger is all set for 'only theatrical release' and they won't play a risk by releasing it on the OTT platform. The huge clash between Vijay and Tyson is something that must be witnessed only on silver screens. Liger is scheduled to release in multilingual to target pan-India movie lovers.
