'Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui' is a coming of age love story which breaks societal stereotypes and tells the story of a straight guy and a transgender girl. The movie's plot revolves around a weightlifting champion and fitness trainer in Chandigarh, who falls in love with the new Zumba instructor at his gym. All seemed well until the revelation of the girl being transgender causes turmoil in their blossoming love story.

'Meenakshi Sundareshwar'

Sanya Malhotra and Abhimanyu Dassani-starrer 'Meenakshi Sundareshwar' explores the issues faced by newly-wed couples adjusting to their long-distance married life. 

Meenakshi Sundareshwar tells the story of two newlyweds who must live apart due to a unique job prospects, their long-distance marriage and extended family make for both hassles and hilarity.

This Kangana Ranaut starrer is bittersweet comedy that narrates an enchanting story of self-discovery. The film is based on Delhi girl Rani (played by Kangana) who decides to go on her European honeymoon alone after her fiancé calls off the wedding. As she takes the new journey, she discovers who she really is and realises that she doesn’t need to be married to someone to find happiness.

Kapoor and Sons

Kapoor & Sons is a dysfunctional family tale that tries to normalise LGBTQ+ representation in mainstream cinema without stereotyping their characters. The story revolves around a dysfunctional family of 2 brothers who visit their family after many years and learn that their parents’ marriage is on the verge of collapse and much more as the drama unfolds.

Kapoor & Sons is a rude yet subtle reminder that we all after all have less time. Life is short and we must gather together to enjoy whatever we can make of this lifetime.

Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety

This 2018 flick truly makes us believe that bromance lives forever. The film is based on bromance vs romance. Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety depicts a story about a naive man who is in dilemma to take a side when presented with a choice between his best friend and girlfriend. The film stars Kartik Aaryan as Sonu, Sunny Singh as the naive innocent Titu and Nushrratt Bharuccha as the cunning girlfriend.
