After sharing her favourite standing TRX exercise, the Hate Story 4 actress took to Instagram to share a video of her UPPER BODY HIIT workout on the social media platform.

In the video, Urvashi can be seen doing a different variation of the squats. In the clip, she was seen doing squats with banded shoulder raises as a part of her upper body HIIT exercise routine. 

The actress exuded energy in her yellow athleisure ensemble paired with white sneakers, her hair tied up in a high ponytail. Urvashi exhibited her strength and dedication while flawlessly executing the squats, which improve posture, prevent lower back pain, increase strength and power, and improve stability.

Soon after Urvashi posted the video, netizens flooded comments section praising her. 

“Jalawa hai aapka mam,” questioned one of the users while another asserted, “Beautiful girl in the world...” A third user commented, “Super workout.”

On the work front, Urvashi will be part of a Hollywood project, which is produced by Netflix and Tomasz Mandes, opposite ‘365 Days’ fame actor Michele Morrone.
