Urvashi Rautela sends legal notice to journalist for making her and family uncomfortable

Actress Urvashi Rautela has sent a legal to a journalist for allegedly spreading false rumours about her on his Twitter handle.

Sharing the fake reports screen grab along with her statement, Urvashi wrote, “DEFAMATION LEGAL NOTICE HAS BEEN SERVED BY MY LEGAL TEAM. DEFINITELY DISGRUNTLED BY INDECENT JOURNALIST LIKE YOU FOR YOUR SPURIOUS / RIDICULOUS TWEETS. YOU’RE NOT MY OFFICIAL SPOKESPERSON. AND YES YOU’RE VERY IMMATURE KIND OF A JOURNALIST WHO MADE ME & MY FAMILY EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE.”

Urvashi’s action came after the journalist had defamed her by propagating false rumours in her name.

According to reports, a Journalist named Umair Sandhu had alleged that Urvashi was harassed by Akhil Akkkeini during the shoot of an Item song shoot for his upcoming movie ‘Agent’ in Europe.

Sandhu had also claimed that Urvashi had said that Akhil is a very immature kind of actor and she felt uncomfortable with working with him.

Notably, the journalist in question, admits to be being the ‘Most Controversial No.1 South Asian Film Critic & Bollywood Adult Gossip Journalist’ in his Twitter bio.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Urvashi Rautela will next be seen alongside Ram Pothineni in a Pan-India movie. She also has ‘Inspector Avinash' opposite Randeep Hooda.
