Amid his busy schedule promoting the upcoming film "Dream Girl 2," Ayushmann Khurrana had the delightful opportunity to meet Bollywood's original "Dream Girl" - Hema Malini.

Ayushmann took to Instagram to share a heartwarming video of himself dancing alongside the legendary actress, expressing his gratitude for the cherished moment. In his caption, he hailed Hema Malini as an inspiration and wrote, “Grateful for this moment! Hema Malini ji thank you for being an inspiration."

The video captures Ayushmann Khurrana effortlessly matching steps with the iconic actress and MP, dancing to the chartbuster titular song from Hema Malini's 1977 classic film "Dream Girl." 

Hema Malini, timeless at 74, exudes grace and elegance in an embellished peach saree and matching blouse. Her wavy hairdo, rosy makeup, and statement diamond jewellery complement her look. Ayushmann Khurrana on the other hand dons a multi-colour printed jacket paired with a white t-shirt, black jogger trousers, and a statement silver necklace.

Ayushmann's Instagram post saw an outpouring of love. Enthusiastic fans celebrated the iconic moment, with one remarking on the passing of the "Dream Girl" legacy from the original to the reel version.
