Popular television actress Shikha Singh is widely known for her role as Aaliya in Ekta Kapoor’s daily soap Kumkum Bhagya. The actress was away from the small screen for a while as she was embracing motherhood.
The beautiful actress is now making headlines for a picture that has gone viral on social media handles. In the picture, the tele queen can be seen breastfeeding her baby. Alongside it, the actress wrote a strong message for her fans.
The post read, “We live in a society where a mother catches less hell for giving her toodler a coke than she does for giving her toddler Breastmilk. I am working to change that in my lifetime…,” Deanna Decker.
Earlier, actress Kartika Sengar had posted a picture breastfeeding her daughter and wrote, “There is nothing better than time spent nourishing my baby. It is a deeply personal journey and not all days have been pleasant but I would not trade it for the world. Its empowering, its normal and its best for my little one.”
The beautiful actress also shares amazing pictures of her little baby on her Instagram handle. Shikha Singh is also very active on social media and keeps posting pictures of her baby on Instagram. She began her television career with a popular show Left Right Left and later she appeared in Na Aana Is Des Laado.
On the professional front, she is going to make a comeback on television with yet another Ekta Kapoor show titled Appnapan: Badalte Rishton Ka Bandhan. The show now airs on Sony TV. However, there is no official announcement on this.
Shikha gained popularity for her role of Aliya in the show Kumkum Bhagya. Sriti Jha played the lead role in this show. However, Shikha took a break from acting because of her pregnancy. Later, she made a cameo as a Police Inspector in Naagin 6.
Shikha Singh married her boyfriend Karan Shah on May 1, 2016. Karan is a pilot by profession. After four years of marriage, Shikha gave birth to a daughter. The actress keeps sharing photos and videos of her daughter on social media.
