Film and television actress Tunisha Sharma’s untimely demise due to alleged suicide is raising many doubts and speculations. However, Maharashtra minister and BJP leader Girish Mahajan claimed that Tunisha’s death was a matter of love jihad.

“I think this is a matter of love jihad and such cases are increasing day by day. We are mulling bringing a strict law against love jihad,” the Minister told ANI.

Meanwhile, Tunisha’s uncle Pawan Sharma has accused Sheezan Khan of cheating with multiple girls despite being in a live-in relationship with the Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul actress.

The couple had reportedly broken up just 15 days back, reports said.

Speaking to ANI, Pawan said, “We cannot believe that Tunisha is no more. She used to live with her mother in the Indraprastha building on Mira Road. She used to look after everything. Even after being in a relationship with Tunisha and living together, Sheezan used to keep in touch with many girls. This left Tunisha stressed and in depression. On December 16, Tunisha came to know that Sheezan was cheating on her and had an anxiety attack.”

Furthermore, there were reports of the actress, who would turn 21 and celebrate her birthday on January 4, being pregnant. However, post-mortem reports ruled out pregnancy and said she died due to suffocation. Police have also denied any angle of other affair, blackmailing or love jihad as of now.

However, ACP Chandrakant Jadhav said, “The investigation is underway. Both the accused and the deceased’s phones have been seized. There is no such angle as of now.”

Meanwhile, fans and friends from the TV fraternity mourned the passing away of the young actress.

Tunisha’s best friend and actor Kanwar Dhillon wrote, “Not Done Tunu,” while Mohsin Khan wrote, “May you always smile from d heavens Tunisha.”

Similarly, actor Paras Arora wrote, “Extremely shocked and sad, still can’t believe this. You were such a happy kid, Tunisha. Om Shanti.”

Fitoor director Abhishek Kapoor remembered the talented actress and wrote, “Shocked and deeply saddened. She was a young 13-year-old, a gifted and disciplined actor. Someone with a bright future and so much to give as an artist… this is so heartbreaking.”

Popular television actress Sayantani Ghosh shared her feelings on social media and wrote, “Butterflies can’t see their wings. They can’t see how truly beautiful they are, but everyone else can. You were like a butterfly, fluttering here and there, spreading joy. This is so hard to believe, still can’t process what just happened.. everything seems so fragile.”
