Triptii Dimri was spotted with her rumoured boyfriend Sam Merchant walking hand in hand on Mumbai streets a day ago. Later on, the duo just boarded a bike and went away. Elated fans shared their videos with captions such as, “Laila Majnu,” “Khullam Khulla Pyaar Karenge Hum Dono,” and others.

However, some savvy netizens asked the right question saying, “Where is the helmet?” as both Triptii Dimri and Sam Merchant were without helmets as they went on the bike. Funnily enough, a few web users also had some sarcastic comments on it with some saying that the rules are different for rich people in India.

Everyone who rides a bike or a two-wheeler in India has to wear a helmet as protection and in most cities, it is compulsory for both the riders to wear the helmet. So generally, if you are caught riding a two-wheeler without a helmet you have to pay a penalty and your license can also get cancelled.
