When Tripti Dimrii signed Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’, little did she know that her brief cameo in the film would make her an overnight star. As luck would have it, Triptii today is one of the most popular names in the film industry, thanks to the stupendous success of Animal.
Lovingly called ‘Bhabhi 2’, Triptii found overnight success after Animal while she was struggling to break into mainstream cinema after Bulbbul and Qala. Animal turned the tide for her. Now, she is the first choice for all directors and producers.
If the latest reports are to be believed, Triptii has reportedly doubled her remuneration for all her upcoming movies. Currently, the actress gave her nod to Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ and is charging double her fees.
The makers of the film have reportedly agreed to pay the fees as it fits within their production budget, the report added. As per reports, Triptii was paid Rs 40 lakh for Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna’s ‘Animal’, but now she is charging Rs 80 lakh.
However, despite charging a decent amount, the actress is only receiving mere 20% of what Kartik Aaryan is taking home as he is reportedly being paid a whopping Rs 45-50 crore for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
Earlier, producer Bhushan Kumar had even gifted Kartik Aaryan a car worth crores after the stupendous success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.
Coming back to Triptii Dimri, apart from Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, the gorgeous beauty also has a couple of more movies in her kitty. She has been reportedly signed for Vanga’s upcoming movie ‘Spirit’. There have been no reports yet on the remuneration she will be paid for the Prabhas starrer movie.
