The buzz around Yash's upcoming Toxic is quite high. This movie is the next big thing for fans as Yash will be seen on the big screen after KGF: Chapter 2. Recently, reports were abuzz that Kareena Kapoor and Shruti Haasan being part of the movie.

However, the producers of ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups,’ KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, have urged fans to refrain from spreading rumours about the casting. They confirm that the casting is almost finished and express excitement about the ensemble.

In a joint statement, the production companies address the circulating speculation, emphasizing the need to wait for official announcements.

The joint statement read, “There are many unsubstantiated theories and information doing rounds about the casting of Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups. We truly appreciate the excitement around Toxic, but at this point, we would request everyone to refrain from speculation. The casting process for the film is near completion, and we are thrilled with the team we have onboard. As we gear up to bring this story to life, we request everyone to wait for the official announcements.”

Directed by Geetu Mohandas and co-produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups’ is set for a theatrical release on April 10, 2025.

The film marks Yash’s 19th project. Yash unveiled the title earlier and shared a teaser featuring his character, alongside anti-heroes like Joker from DC Comics. The teaser hints at Yash's appearance in the movie, showing him with a pot belly, a retro hat, and a machine gun, with the film's title displayed.
