Rashmika Mandanna, currently filming the much-anticipated horror comedy Thama, has once again captured the attention of fans—not just with her cinematic updates, but also with a stunning sneak peek into her filming location.

On Thursday, the actress took to her Instagram Stories to share a photo of the breathtaking view she witnessed after wrapping up the day’s shoot. 

The picture features rolling hills and a soft mist settling over Ooty’s lush landscape. “Today’s view after shoot… too damn beautiful know?” she wrote, adding a heartwarming touch to the serene capture.

Earlier, on April 28, Rashmika had already hinted at the film’s picturesque location by posting a photo of Ooty’s lush green forests with the caption, “Ooty for a couple of days…” The posts have sparked excitement among fans eager to learn more about her latest cinematic venture.

About the Film- Thama

Thama marks Rashmika’s first on-screen collaboration with Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana. Directed by Muniya fame Aditya Sarpotdar, the film is described as a dark, gripping love story set amidst vampire myths and supernatural elements. 

The story follows a determined historian who uncovers dark secrets in ancient manuscripts while confronting eerie local legends.

Thama’s Expected Release

The screenplay is crafted by Suresh Mathew, Niren Bhatt, and Arun Fulara, and the project is produced under the Maddock Films banner by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik. Veteran actors Paresh Rawal and Nawazuddin Siddiqui also play key roles in the film, which is eyeing a Diwali 2025 release.

Rashmika’s Upcoming Projects

Rashmika was last seen in Sikandar opposite Salman Khan, a high-octane action film directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. 

Up next, she will appear in Sekhar Kammula’s Kuberaa, sharing screen space with Nagarjuna Akkineni and Dhanush, further cementing her place in both South and Bollywood industries.
